Thick Pale Crepe (TPC)

Ideal for use in light-colored and transparent products, including surgical and pressure-sensitive tapes, coated and spread textiles, rubber bands, hot water bottles, medical and pharmaceutical items, large industrial rollers for paper printing, gas masks, swim fins and caps, footwear components, rubberized curtains, bicycle inner tubes, chewing gum, tennis balls, cable sheathing, and adhesive formulations.

Packaging Available in 25 kg bags, 50 kg bags, and shrink-wrapped units.

Natural Sole Crepe Rubber

Sole crepe is specially manufactured for shoe soles and customized according to customer specifications. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 13 mm.

The sheets are offered in two standard sizes: 36″ × 13″ and 39″ × 18″.

All sheets are poly-interleaved and securely packed in corrugated cartons with a net weight of 83.33 kg.

Medical Grade ZNO Rubber

ZNO Rubber (Medical Grade) is a high-quality natural rubber produced through the controlled coagulation of latex sourced from the Hevea brasiliensis tree. The rubber is thoroughly purified through extensive washing and milling during the manufacturing process.

To prevent degradation and discoloration, the natural polymer is air-dried at temperatures not exceeding 40°C. Each individual sheet is coated with medical-grade zinc oxide (ZnO) to ensure product stability and quality..

Thin Pale Crepe Rubber 1X

Ceylon Organic

Skim Crepe

Skim rubber is a by-product of centrifuged latex production, containing low rubber content (4-6%) and high non-rubber substances. The skim latex or coagulated material is processed into skim crepe or skim block rubber, which is blended into compounding rubber to reduce dirt content.

Yellow Fraction

Primarily used for heat-resistant products including rubber bands, slippers, and items requiring moderate heat tolerance.

Ribbed Smoked Sheets (R.S.S)

Primarily used in the tyre and tube industry, Grade No. 1 — known for its high volatility — is ideally suited for bicycle, motorcycle, and car inner tubes, as well as racing bicycle tyres, aircraft tyres, and Formula racing tyres. R.S.S. grades available from R.S.S 1 to 4.

Available in 35 kg bales, 50 kg bales, 111.11 kg bales, and shrink-wrapped units.

Centrifuged Latex (60%DRC)

Primarily used in dipped products such as condoms, gloves of all types, and balloons. It is also suitable for applications in the foam mattress industry and for the production of bonding agents.

The ammonia content is adjusted according to the specific requirements of each customer, and product parameters can be customized based on end-use applications.

Brown Crepe

This grade offers slightly lower quality compared to Thick Pale Crepe, primarily used in rubber beadings and automotive components. Available grades include 1XBR, 2XBR, 3XBR, and 4XBR. Sri Lanka's most popular variant is 3X Brown Crepe.
